WESTMATIC COMPACT

Our Compact bus washing equipment is an effective drive-through system suitable for installation in existing halls with minimum dimensions. It recognizes the vehicle's width and height and is therefore delivered customized to the customer's specific wash needs. This stationary drive-through system is available with 2, 4, or our industry exclusive 6 brush for buses with bicycle racks.

All Westmatic machines are equipped with a "Mirror Protection Program" that washes around the mirrors to prevent damage. The Compact is delivered with Westmatic's high-density brushes, but can also be equipped with a touchless high pressure arch. PLC technology is utilized for control of different washing programs and speeds.

Quality wash results are repeatedly achieved by using an automatic speed control system which prevents driver error during the bush wash process.

WESTMATIC HEAVY DUTY

Truck Wash

The Heavy Duty is a state-of-the-art truck wash system made for washing vehicles around the clock. The machine has a hot-dip galvanized and splash-proof steel frame. Components such as motors, gears and transmitters are also splash protected. This model is available with 3 brushes and is delivered with Westmatic's high-density brushes to enable optimal washing results and durability.

The Heavy Duty is equipped with the latest PLC control system and Variable Frequency Drive. Westmatic's Heavy Duty washing equipment for trucks is available with floor rails or as an overhead crane which frees up floor space. Heavy Duty truck washing systems recognize the vehicle's width and height so are therefore delivered customized to the customer's specific wash needs.
